Is the data collected sold?

NO- The data that is collected is YOURS. We begin collecting data as soon as the borrower registers and you have access to all the data at any stage in process. We do not use your data for anything, it’s yours, why would we!

Is the data secure?

PerfectLO is a cloud-based software held in Microsoft Azure. All data fields are secured with 256-bit encryption at rest and Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) while in motion.

What does the default email say that goes out to a borrower? Can I change this?

The borrower receives the below email from your email address and a copy of the document checklist when they submit their questionnaire. PerfectLO or an admin can edit or turn off this message, as well attach or detach the document checklist. Click here to email us.

Do my borrowers need to download an app?

NO- PerfectLO is cloud based software meaning anywhere you have an internet connection, one can use the application.

How do I import a file into my LOS?

We import into all LOS systems by providing you with a Fannie 3.2 file (.fnm). Click Here to view instructions on how to import into some of the more popular LOS systems or contact us by email ([email protected]) or phone at 800-277-1687, if your LOS system isn’t listed.

Does income import into my LOS?

We do not import the borrowers income figures as it will be wrong 99% of the time, causing you problems if you forget to correct it. However, we provide you with all the income details along with every question and answer your borrower provided that lives inside and outside of the 1003, within the “Questionnaire Summary”. This summary is emailed to you when the borrower submits their questionnaire and can also be found under the “Action” button on your dashboard.

Can my borrower skip a question if they don’t know the answer?

Yes. A borrower can skip any question by clicking “Save and Continue”. You will receive a summary of all the questions and answers in an easy to read document. Any questions that were skipped by the borrower will be highlighted for you to quickly identify the follow questions you need to ask.

If my borrower starts, can they finish at a later time or can I take over and finish for them?

YES- The borrower uses their email and create a password to log in to their application at any time to pick up where they left off. You can also resume where the borrower left off and complete it for them.

How am I notified when an application is completed?

When a client starts and completes their application, a notification is sent by text and/or email to you and anyone else you chose. You can also have a document checklist (needs list) and a summary page included with this notification.
The client can also be sent a custom email notification of your choice and you can chose to include their customized document checklist with that email or not.
